At Whole Dog Life, we stand behind the products we offer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to help resolve it fairly and clearly.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included when applicable
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Digital products (including eBooks, downloads, and online materials)
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items that arrive incorrect or do not meet expectations, subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be offered in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly. We may request photos or additional details to help resolve the matter.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
